I love what I do and I love seeing my students confidence rise. I use pre and post assessments along with formative assessments and exit cards to help me figure out how to best help them. When I end an intervention I give a post assessment. This one was the PNOA-Primary Numbers and Operations Assessment. The data shows this child is now at grade level. Even more important than that is a new found love for math and a confidence that just keeps going up and up! That is why I love my job!
